Where we get personal information from

How long we keep information
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations under the UK GDPR.
- Account Information: We retain your account details for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, unless further retention is required by law.
- Transaction and Payment Records: We keep records relating to purchases, payments, and financial transactions for 6 years, in line with UK tax and accounting regulations.
- Communication Records: Emails, messages, and customer support enquiries are retained for up to 2 years after resolution, unless we are required to keep them longer to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Usage and Analytics Data: Non-identifiable usage data may be retained for longer periods for research or service improvement purposes. Wherever possible, this data is anonymised.

How We Use AI in Processing CVs
As part of our data analysis Omveo processes job specifications and candidate CVs using artificial intelligence (AI). This helps us extract and categorise skills, qualifications, and experience in a structured format.
What Data Is Processed
The following personal data may be processed through AI (if provided):

- Employment history and education
- Skills, qualifications, and professional experience
We only share the information necessary to perform our industry leading skills and matching analysis.

Data Sharing and Safeguards
